Job Description
Recruitment Supervisor responsibilities are
- Fulfillment of managerial positions in Tancorp
- Work with Recruitment and OD Manager to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Liase with Business Unit Head to ensure minimum qualifications are met
- Build networks to develop a pool of candidates
- Develop tools to assess candidates
- Provide coaching for recruiters in Business Unit

Candidates with experience of more than 1 year as HR Supervisor are welcome to apply. Psychologist certificate would be an advantage
