Job Description

What you will do:

  1. Executing the functions of the three (3) pillars of quality, namely quality assurance, quality improvement and quality culture
  2. Take the initiative and participate in the initiative development stages from planning to post implementation, according to the function of each pillar
  3. Cost and coordinate with the owner of the initiative in making initiative/project proposals (objectives, involvement of parties, scope, output, timeline, etc.)
  4. Directly involved as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) actively in the process of initiatives/projects at each stage with the scope of work: Repair/improvement process, digital process innovation, process/customer journey, banking process, system inter-connectivity
  5. Quality improvement: joint initiatives/projects with other project team members from the planning stage to post implementation, providing running processes, gap analysis, new process recommendations, alignment of processes at the customer, processes at the bank and connectivity between systems (collaborating with GIS Advisor System)
  6. Handing over initiatives/projects that have been launched, providing a Post Implementation Review (PIR) monitoring mechanism by process owners, stakeholders.
  7. Carrying out an assessment simultaneously with the initiatives/projects carried out from the planning stage to implementation including the internal risk assessment process
  8. Ensuring that projects are executed according to project governance, applicable internal standards
  9. Quality culture: creating, implementing a quality curriculum to build awareness of quality culture and ensuring its implementation on an ongoing basis, organizing and providing materials for quality-related training
  10. Initiate and facilitate planning and implementation of quality project competition, quality celebration/recognition
  11. Conducting Iatorial management of quality skill set mapping


Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from various majors
  • Minimum 2-5 years in banking / financial services industry / fintech, especially in the field of process quality, business or digital processes. Have thorough knowledge of processes and understanding of digitalization, operations, business and financial/banking strategies.
