Responsibilities

1. Design Business Process with proper decomposition process included with SLA, RACI Matrix, RCM & Internal Control
2. Implement and Obtain Certification ISO 9001, 20000, 27000, 37001
3. Conduct Process Analysis & Evaluation and confirming to impacted processes
4. Lead process mapping & FGD sessions with related Process Owner to gather best solution for to-be process design
5. Execute walkthrough process to identify gap and bottlenecks
6. Lead and manage Process Improvement Projects

Qualifications

• Able to operate Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Visio) as the main working tools.
• Having experience to collaborate with cross-functional team
• Having understanding/exposure in project planning, accounting management and financial management
• Able to use Microsoft Excel or other analytics tool
• Experienced forBusiness Process Mapping & Alignment (from Top/High Level Business Process to detail/low process)
• Graduates from reputable University (any major, but Engineering, Business Management and Finance/Accounting are preferable)
• Experienced min. 3 years in Business Process Management, preferable in technology industries
