Job Description

  • Evaluate finished goods to confirm they meet the specified quality criteria before release for distribution.
  • To manage, lead & supervise the QC department at the manufacturing plant.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality requirements before being used in production.
  • Ensure the implementation of FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in the company
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and specifications at every stage of the production process.
  • Perform regular inspections during production to verify that products are being manufactured according to quality guidelines.
  • Determine standard, method, test procedure RM / PM, WIP, until finished good and ensure its implementation.
  • Review packaging processes to ensure product safety, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and analyze any defects or deviations from quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements


  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Manager in Food Manufacturing or in the related field is required for this position
  • Education D3/S1 in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Fisheries Product Technology.
  • Proficient in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Halal Regulation.
  • Possess good skills in control, monitoring, and analysis.
