has opened vacancies for QA QC Civil Inspector

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough inspections of civil construction projects at various stages, including excavation, foundation, concrete pouring, structural elements, finishing works, etc.
2. Monitor and evaluate construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
3. Perform inspections and tests on construction materials, equipment, and structures to verify their compliance with quality requirements.
4. Document and report inspection findings, deviations, and non-compliance issues, providing detailed reports to project management and stakeholders.
5. Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements.
6. Collaborate with construction teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns, providing guidance on best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
7. Participate in meetings and discussions with project stakeholders to communicate quality-related issues, progress, and recommendations.
8. Conduct final inspections to verify that all civil works are completed satisfactorily and meet quality standards before project handover.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and standardization across projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in civil construction projects, with a minimum of 7-10+ years of relevant experience.

3. Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction codes, and quality standards.

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in using software and applications relevant to quality control and inspection processes.

7. Must be able to communicate in English (the interview will be conducted in English).

8. Willing to be placed at Baung site area (Palembang).
