We are Global Furniture Inspection company , Our Office based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam .

s :

• Evaluates a range of products in accordance with quality assurance procedures.

• Identifies faults within prescribed quality control procedures.

• Recommends methods to improve product quality.

• Ensures that in-house QA systems are being maintained in factories.

• Perform technical evaluations on new factories.

• Should ensure that the factory is well equipped to meet the production as per quality standards.

• In case of any concern bring into the notice of the QA Manager / QA Supervisor. To strictly follow established standards and systems set by our company and required by our customers.

• Participate in pre-production meetings and works with factory to identify “hot spots” that need extra attention during the manufacturing process.

• Conduct inspections, including material, initial in-line, mid-line and final inspection in vendor premises to make sure that the shipment will meet the acceptable AQL level required.

• Completes report and sends to Production Manager for approval to release shipment.

• Review shipping date and vendor production schedule in order to ensure on time delivery.

• To maintain a harmonious working relationship with colleagues and with vendors so that inspection can be efficiently and smoothly carried out with their full co-operation.

• Target to have no quality claims.

Requirements :

• Graduate preferably a degree / diploma in apparel/textiles 5 to 8 years of experience in quality Preferably from a manufacturing unit. Working knowledge of AQL Inspection system.

• Ability to travel to factories in Vietnam / Cambodia.
