Presales System Engineer Jobs

Pre-sales systems engineers provide feedback to project managers and engineering departments, stay up-to-date with competitors, actively generate leads for potential customers, and collaborate to recommend new customer solutions

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for covering all prerequisites contained in the tender.SOW design, solution, and all technical aspects required in terms of tenders, customer requests, and proposed solutions suggest.

2. Make analysis and suggestions for additional or new products or services that customers can offer. Focus on the architecture of Digital Workplace solutions.

3. Responsible for the handover of project implementation with Post Sales so that the project can be carried out according to the SOW, the requested timeline, and the specified budget. Focus on the architecture of digital workplace solutions.

4. Responsible for BoM details, both those made by themselves and from the principal/distributor according to the SOW or the provisions of the customer, including details of the man-days calculation.

5. Proactively explore customer options to create up-selling and cross-selling
