The Digital Cellar is on the lookout for a PPC Specialist with a diverse range of skills, a deep passion for data, performance marketing, and leadership. This role will involve client-facing responsibilities, and previous pitching experience is a must.

As our PPC Specialist and Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing clients and multiple projects, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation, and reporting. You will own the media plans and budgets and collaborate with the broader team to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables.

Your primary goal will be to maximise the return on investment (ROI) from our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts on search and social media platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends.
• Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
• Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns.
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
• Produce reports for management (e.g., dashboards).
• Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting.
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies.

Critical Skills:

Google Ads - AdWords Certification is highly recommended, unless you can demonstrate your expertise.

Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads - Experience with Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager, managing multiple PPC accounts.

Reporting / Analysis - Experience with monthly reporting, interpreting data & finding actionable insights.

Inquisitive - Research and discover better ways of doing things, fostering a culture of constant improvement.

Experience managing global media campaigns - We cater to clients running PPC campaigns from Australia to Indonesia and South East Pan Asian.
