Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Create regular contents about SIRCLO’s employees to be further shared through various channels.
  • Work alongside multiple stakeholders to ensure high quality work on training, development, and culture.
  • Assist People Development team to benchmark on the industry’s best practices, evaluate employee’s development needs, and engagement programme.
  • Additional responsibilities within the People Development team as assigned.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of internal projects, including the timeline, development plan, and execution.
  • Develop learning strategies, curriculums, and programmes.
  • Propose and run rigorous and innovative culture-related activities to increase employee experience and engagement.
Requirements


  • Have a sharp eye for details with a can-do-attitude.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Final year students or Fresh Graduate is preferred.
  • Able to turn insights or information into compelling contents.
  • Eager to learn about company culture, people development, and engagement.
  • Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship programme from July 2023.
  • Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
  • Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
  • Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
