Job Description
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances
  • Monitoring the structure of salaries and benefits
  • Preparing payroll reports.
  • Process employee retirement, layoff, and tax administration
  • Checking all salaries, deductions, and other payroll elements are correct and complete
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations


Qualification

  • Having 5-10 years work experince in Payroll Officer or Supervisor in Tobacco/FMCG
  • Attention to Detail, Communication skills, Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS (Oracle, SAP, SunFish, EQUIP) and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Placement : East Jakarta, Pulo Gadung
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance Dst
  • Strong knowledge of tax (PPH 21)
