Online Sales Representatives Jobs

Common Grounds Coffee Roasters is looking for an Online Sales Team Representative to manage and improve our online sales performance through various e-commerce platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase online sales revenue and provide excellent customer service to our online customers.
Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels and provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty and increase sales
• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, and the company website
• Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to ensure accurate and timely updates across all online sales channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective online promotions, campaigns, and content to drive sales
• Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and fulfillment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve online sales performance

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive sales growth
