Job Description

eCommerceLoka is a solution for online travel agents (OTA) properties in Indonesia. We have been trusted by many hotels and villas in Indonesia to increase revenue and develop the tourism business in Indonesia through our online hotel/villa room sales strategy consultant services through our system.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support


Requirements :

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Minimum 1 year of high-quality experience in sales/business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Target oriented
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Area Market deep knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
