The Role

We are looking for a skilled Counselor to help provide direction and support our enterprise client segment as a specialist. You will actively help clients build coping mechanisms to guide them through stressful situations. Your duties will also include listening to clients, asking necessary questions, and developing effective strategies to improve their mental well-being and performance.

As a counselor, you do not advise the clients, but seek to help them to understand themselves better and find their own ways to cope with or resolve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will also be friendly and professional, with outstanding people skills.

The Main Responsibilities:

• Passionate about providing support to clients from anywhere.
• Ability to work with clients presenting with concerns impacting personal or work performance.
• Ability to educate clients about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.
• Competent in using our various methods of contact – telephone, video, email, text, and live chat.
• Assess clients thoroughly to ensure short-term counseling is appropriate.
• Possess genuine listening skills and can provide short-term interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.
• Able to provide call and video call counseling in an ethical and professional manner while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Culturally sensitive to our clients and flexible using Google Meet or Zoom as needed.
