Marketing Data Analyst Jobs

Qualification:

• Proficient written and verbal communication in English
• Able to work well with people and possess great relationship-building skills
• High enthusiasm in the beauty industry
• Understands audiences, tracking and conversion setup across channels
• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Marketing, Business, and Communication with experience related at least 3 years
• Proven experience in Marketing & Advertising Industry including having experience as Data Analyst would be advantage
• Functions well with tight deadlines
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent understanding of KOL, Digital Strategic, and Branding
• Understand about consumers insight, current market data and trends
• Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with data
• Able to advise and develop strategies and tactics accordingly

Responsibilities:

• Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ads campaigns
• Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
• Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
• Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
• Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
• Recommend website and campaign optimizations
