Marketing Communication (Social Media Specialist)

PT. Sembilan Ohm Sembilan is a premium multi-brand fashion retail company. We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Communication (Social Media Specialist) to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content, implement marketing campaigns, approaching KOL and monitor social media performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media channels by planning and executing effective campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies to increase engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, and press releases.

Requirements

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
