Mandarin Preschool Teacher Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of LEAPreschool Jakarta
2. Prepare and implement the programs and age-appropriate teaching aids.
3. Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs individually.
4. Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for every child.
5. Communicate with parents daily and meet the parents to address any concerns.
6. Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
7. Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and learning environment of the classroom.

Qualifications

1. Having experience teaching Mandarin in Preschool at least for 2 years
2. Fluent in Chinese Language (spoken and written) as lessons are conducted in Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese to conduct teaching lessons in Chinese language and also to communicate in Chinese speaking parents and students)
3. Creative and inspiring with loving energy
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills
5. Knowledge in educational development
