Lead Preschool Teacher Jobs

We are looking for a passionate and driven lead teacher to join our playschool located in Pondok Indah, Jakarta selatan. At Aerokids, our beliefs and values have been shaped by the play-based approach into a unique and inspired educational program. The ideal candidate must have sound knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Philosophy, child development, and the Early Years Foundation Stage.

• To create lesson plans based around the Reggio Emilia Philosophy and the Early Years Foundation Stage.

• To develop and support each child’s individual experiences and ideas based upon their own personal circumstances.

• To provide a peaceful and interesting learning environment where each child can feel safe and relaxed.

• To promote the joy of learning, encouraging curiosity, creativity and imagination, forming a positive foundation that will grow with each child throughout their entire education and beyond.

• To develop social and emotional integration through individual and group learning.

• To have a flexible approach, a positive attitude and the ability to build positive constructive working relationships with children, colleagues, parents, students and other professionals as appropriate.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or Child Psychology

• Previous experience of working with pre-schoolers.

• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding/child protection.

• A willingness to become proficient and be open minded to learning.

• Trustworthy, loyal and positive team player.

• Strong command in English Language.
