Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective curriculum plans that align with best practices in early childhood education and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement among staff, students, and parents.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified and passionate teachers, providing ongoing professional development and performance evaluations.
• Build positive relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication, and addressing concerns or inquiries.
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the preschool, ensuring a high-quality educational program and positive learning environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and budget management.
• Monitor student progress, implement intervention strategies, and collaborate with teachers to support individualized learning needs.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with licensing and accreditation processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing a preschool or early childhood educational institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of early childhood education principles, best practices, and curriculum frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and families.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
