Early Childhood Educator Jobs

The person in this position will be highly collaborative, understanding, caring, and dedicated to support the development of the children in our school. Key tasks will include:

• ●Planning or supporting the organisation of events.
• ●Record keeping and report writing.
• ● Complying with state, school, and class rules and regulations.
• ●Attending meetings and professional development.
• ●Maintaining communication channels with parents.
• ● Documenting student progress and communicating with parents.
• ●Providing emotional, social and academic support to all students.
• ●Lesson planning and preparation.
• ●Identifying key learning objectives and outcomes.
• ●Working in collaboration with other staff members.

Requirements

• ●Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• ●Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.
• ●Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or related field.
• ●Strong understanding and commitment to the pedagogy of the New Zealand
• ●Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
• ●Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
