Manager Organization Development Jobs

Requirements:
Min Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or other relevant background
Minimum 10 years of experiences handling OD and HC Corporate Strategy
Demonstrate good knowledge of Change Management, File Management, Financial Management, Audit & Safety Awareness
Experiences with Job Analysis, Competency Model, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement & HC Policy & Management System
Holds Human Capital Certification
Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
Responsibilities:
Managing implementation of the organizational development strategy including policy management and Human Capital management system (HC Policy & Management System) organizational structure design
Perform job analysis (job analysis) to identify job descriptions
Identify the competency requirements needed for each position and identify and manage initiatives to increase employee engagement with the company (employee engagement) in order to strengthen organizational readiness to face future business challenges
