Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and implementing organizational analysis and job analysis processes; particularly in analyzing organization size, job evaluation and the design of new organization/position. As a development role in HR, this position has a certain degree of freedom in creativity to design the most effective change initiatives for the business’ organizational development.


Monitoring organization growth through man power planning (MPP) based on ECCO manpower classification, and optimizing the manning for all positions in collaboration with respective departments, are parts of the responsibility.


Analyzing the execution of HR strategy, HR governance, and the development of HR policies & procedures. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing activities to improve corporate culture (guided by ECCO Values). This includes managing communication channels for this purpose.


Qualifications

  • Expert in organization design and analysis, manpower budgeting and cost control.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR generalist or organization development function.
  • Proven ability to comprehend and transform business strategy into operational actions.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
