Job Description
Requirements


  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Good English proficiency both oral and written
  • At least 2- 3 years working experience as a Legal Supervisor
  • Applicants must be willing to be placed in Andalan Furnindo Factory, Marunda, Bekasi
  • Applicants must be willing travel if needed by the company (to company Head Office, Thamrin)
  • Have experience in general corporate and regulatory analysis
  • Have working experience in manufacture/ factory is a must
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • Have advocate license will be a plus
  • Wide knowledge and experience in submitting and renewing Company Business license, and other technical license/ permit


Responsibilities


  • Review legal contracts, agreements and other legal documents and report to immediate manager
  • Support and process company documents specifically related to legal agreements or contracts
  • Monitor and report all document traffic
  • Manage administrative tasks related to work and also make daily and weekly work reports
  • Support and manage legal documents and submit notary documents
  • Updating legal document bank data
  • Checking and filing documents, including monitoring the expiration date of documents or legal permits
