1. Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, a premium shopping center that offers an International shopping experience and a wide range of fashion apparel, restaurants, and entertainment choices.

2. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.

3. Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.

4. Menara BCA, a 56 story-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies


Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Manager Legal Corporatewith the following requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Legal drafting and negotiation.
  • Highly initiative, fast learner, and hard worker.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Legal.
  • Proficiency in computer, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Law.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Possess multi-discipline knowledge.
  • Have strategic and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability in legal administration and document management.
  • Structured, Systematic, and Detail-oriented.


s:

  • Prepare/draft legal documents, review and negotiate agreements and other related legal issues.
  • Identify and analyze any potential legal issues related to the activities of the Organization and Business Units.
  • Ensuring the implementation and compliance with prevailing laws and regulations in all activities of the Organization and Business Units.
  • Liaise with group’s lawyer and notary or any other party required.
  • Assist superior(s) in overseeing legal matters in the Organization and all Business Units.
  • Ensure the compliance of SOPs, Organization Policies, and Guidelines in the Corporate Legal Department and day-to-day operational running smoothly.
  • Manage correspondences and administration, as well as legal documents filing and management.
  • Provide legal opinion, consultation and guidance to the Organization and Business Units.
