LEGAL Supervisor

s :

• Ensure the compliance of Screenplay Films with the laws and regulations.
• Develop policies and standards in relation to practices in Screenplay Films.
• Advise on legal issues in relation to media, entertainment, and/or intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate with external counsel.
• Draft and maintain legal documentation for crews, actors, and vendors
• Draft and advise on entertainment and media deals and agreements.
• Provide legal support to the various Internal departments.

Requirements :

• Highly responsible, motivated, independent, and passionate about the law.
• Experience negotiating and crafting contents production, licensing, distribution, and other commercial agreements,specifically in entertainment or media, is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, team player and ambitious.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English proficiency
• Have interest or experience in media, entertainment, and/or intellectual property matters.
• Have 3 years of experience in the field of law, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
• Domiciled in greater Jakarta Area.
• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Law
• Possesses the ability to adapt and has strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
