Job Title: Corporate Legal Intern

As a Corporate Legal Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development (BD) efforts by assisting with various legal tasks, including drafting contracts, reviewing documents, and translating materials. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for this role, and Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the legal team to draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues as assigned.

- Assist in translating legal documents, correspondence, and other materials from English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa.

- Support the business development team in preparing legal documents and presentations for client meetings and negotiations.

- Assist in operational work related to business development and partnership campaigns, such as conducting market research, identifying potential partners, and assisting with partnership agreements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files, databases, and records.

- Assist in tracking and monitoring legal deadlines and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and provide legal insights as needed.

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Proficient in legal research and analysis.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute to the team.

- Mandarin language skills are a plus.

- Familiarity with corporate and contract law principles is a plus.

- Previous experience or coursework in business development or corporate law is a bonus.
