Responsibilities
- Designing, organizing, and implementing learning programs starting from needs analysis, module development to program evaluation.
- Complete projects on time, on budget, and with the desired results aligned with goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (vendors, clients, business partners).
- Coordinate with content experts, facilitators, mentors and coaches.
- Incorporate interactive activities and assessments to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- An active listener who has strong empathy and influence to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Have a huge appetite for learning and a great sense of curiosity
- Have a passion in developing impactful intervention/educational programs
- Have a high initiative and be able to work under minimal supervision
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience related to corporate learning & development
- Energetic and positive communicator who can articulate, adapt, and structure their communication well
- Have a good understanding of the adult learning process which are critical in the design of quality training programs which support recognised competency standards from need analysis, module development to evaluation
- Have the ability to generate creative ideas for interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- High in GRIT with the ability to work in fast-paced, uncertain, collaborative, and transparent working environments and drive activities independently and proactively
