Lead Engineer Jobs

The Social Club Indonesia is looking for a candidate to fill an Engineering Lead role.

Mandatory requirements for a candidate are:

1. At least 3 years of experience in web and mobile platform engineering, with a strong understanding of product engineering

2. Excellent in leadership and problem solving skills

3. Strong interpersonal skills and communication

4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

5. Experience in the social media industry, technology, or e-commerce is a plus

6. Proficiency in English is a plus

7. Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field

All of job description is :

1. Lead engineering team throughout idea generation, market analysis, product design, pre and post-launch activities.

2. Ensure appropriate technology and infrastructure is used to support product functionality, reliability, and scalability.

3. Implement product design through coding, user interface, database creation, and software component integration.

4. Conduct testing to evaluate product functionality, performance, and usability.

5. Modify or add features to improve product functionality, usability, and performance in line with business strategy and urgency.
