JOB STATEMENT
Metso:Outotec’s Life Cycle Services (LCS/MOI) group provides technical and commercial support related to LCS and MOI contracts to all of the operating Market areas globally. Extensive coordination is required with these regions for the development of their commercial capabilities and maximizing our service opportunities.
As part of a small & competent team of Project and contract managers, the LCS contract management is responsible to support, initial project setup/implementation, coordinate with CL supply chain, optimization, guide and monitor the execution of all MOI contracts for Metso:Outotec’s global organization, ensuring that all contract obligations are executed to meet customer expectations and Metso:Outotec objectives.
As a Global Maintenance & CMMS Specialist responsible to implement, administrate, develop, and maintain the CMMS utilization in LCS contacts. During contracts execution, perform full-time support and troubleshooting for end users in CMMS daily activities; Responsible to develop LCS contract KPI’s by implementing and developing CMMS reporting capabilities using Power BI or any other statistical software.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop, Implement & Maintain the CMMS system on LCS maintenance contracts. Provide Training & Technical Support for the CMMS in different contracts Globally.
  • Implement Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in accordance with Global LCS requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, service, product, and process technology organisations, develop and implement equipment and project specific preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Review maintenance plans on contracts and secure / confirm availability of manpower, materials stored on site, wear and spare parts requirements.
  • Interface with customer maintenance and production as required to ensure LCS maintenance contracts commitments are implemented and on schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, manhours, parts, materials) in maintenance plans.
  • Produce Maintenance Plans for LCS proposals and contracts including:
  • Set improvement targets through Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Plan and manage work & maintenance schedules.
  • SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Automation and Digitalization Services
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Development of Service Best Practices throughout the region including:
  • Global & MAs Customer Logistic team;
  • Reports directly to Head of ISS Project and Contract Management (LCS) Works closely with:
  • Must have a Valid Passport and Ability to travel globally; 30-35% of the time.
  • Global & MA Sales and Services Team
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Market Area LCS Contract manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Must have Flexibility with Working schedule to serve a Global market in different time zones.
  • English (written, speaking, and understanding) – it’s a must.
  • Maintenance Services coordination and Planning knowledge
  • Client skills including building and managing relationships, negotiating and understanding of customer needs and market requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience as a Maintenance Professional with wide experience in the different maintenance roles (Maintenance and Planning); with sufficient knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment in the construction, mining, or any other related industry.
  • Capable of effectively and accurately working in a fast-paced environment and managing several projects at one time.
  • Repair and refurbishment processes and procedures including service exchange; and
  • Experience using CMMS (Maximo, SAP, Guide TI or equivalent), being able to Implement full CMMS settings, including structure and parametrization, PM plans and schedules, corrective maintenance, check lists and procedures, BOM’s and reports.
  • A good level of computer skills is essential – Excel, Word and PowerBI.
  • Strong communication skills; drive and performance orientation.
  • Capacity to understand and present financial and KPIs of Contracts
  • Local Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Safety & Health organization
  • Business Area & Product line organizations
  • Knowledge of SAP project Module is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, as well as technical analysis skills by applying RCA & RCM techniques.
  • Monthly reporting of Service results.
  • Basic Knowledge of IT and SQL programming, with ability to create templates to adjust CMMS into specific contract requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards to ensure the most of KPI’s are generated automatically online when possible.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or similar, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
