Job Description
  • Organization of meetings / events
  • Price calculations / preparations – coordination of prices within customer group
  • Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus
  • Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers
  • Project work as required
  • Sales Measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned
  • Continuous customer data management / Active participation in maintaining customer contact
  • Preparation of sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers
  • Managing the returnable containers.
  • Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analyses
  • Support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations
  • Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.
  • Customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting
  • Preparing and sending quotations
