Reservation & E-commerce Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and supervise a team of reservation , providing training, guidance, and support.
• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, providing excellent customer service.
• Implement and manage rate parity across different online channels, ensuring consistent pricing and availability.
• Oversee and manage the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling bookings.
• Utilize a CRM system to manage guest profiles, preferences, and loyalty programs, fostering guest engagement and retention.
• Manage the online presence across various e-commerce platforms, such as the hotel's website, online travel agencies (OTAs), and global distribution systems (GDS).
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce dependency on third-party channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and rate plans to maximize revenue and occupancy based on market analysis, demand forecasting, and competitor benchmarking.
• Maintain an up-to-date reservation database and ensure proper recording and documentation of guest information.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, front office to ensure seamless operations and achieve overall business objectives.
• Monitor reservation trends, analyze data, and make recommendations to optimize room occupancy and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in e-commerce would be a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reservation processes and effective e-commerce strategies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, sales team, and online channel partners.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Data analysis skills and ability to interpret results for strategic decision-making.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in reservation, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Experience in managing reservation systems and e-commerce platforms would be preferred.
