Job Description

This role would be placed at Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur.

About the Company


Our client is providing hospitality services (Villa) in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Right now, they are preparing the exclusive culinary services inside.



Responsibilities:

  • Managing the budget for the kitchen area. (Mengatur anggaran untuk area dapur)
  • Leading the kitchen team. (Memimpin tim personil dapur)
  • Keeping accurate records in kitchen. (Mencatat dan menyimpan dokumen atau data yang ada di bagian dapur)

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work at Kupang, NTT. (Bersedia kerja di Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur)
  • 3+ years experience in handling chef head role to lead Japanese cuisine. (Dua tahun tahun pengalaman menjadi kepala juru masak, khususnya masakan Jepang
  • Great cooking skills and attention to detail. (Memiliki perhatian pada kualitas makanan dan kemampuan memasak yang baik)
  • Experienced working at hotel or restaurant intensively. (Berpengalaman di bidang hotel dan restoran)
  • 5+ years experience in handling kitchen department, especially for Japanese Cuisine. (Lima tahun tahun pengalaman menangani dapur, khususnya menangani masakan Jepang)
