Tanaman Operations Head Chef

We are looking for a strong operational chef that is passionate about

plant-based cuisine.

Requirements:

* Able to lead a chef's table confidently

* Intermediate fermentation skill

* Passionate about plant-based cuisine

* Ability to inspire, empower, lead a team with a sustainability

mindset.

* Experience working at free-standing restaurants

* Experience in similar position

* Strong in both modern/contemporary cuisine

* Strong interest in Indonesian ingredients and produce

* Creative, and really passionate about food

* Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment

* Strong English both spoken and written

* Good communication skills

* Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented

* Energetic, hands-on, motivated

Desirable:

* A network for sourcing within Indonesia and the region.

* An understanding of tropical ingredients and techniques beyond

Indonesia.

Conditions:

* 4 + years active in the same position. Bahasa Indonesia and

English.
