Job Description
  • Explain the whole business process & business logic to the implementation team.
  • Support and assist team during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and issues of the project.
  • Transform research & business data into insight, business strategy design and business process.
  • Manage and distribute tasks to the team.
  • Create test case based on user requirements.
  • Provide business reporting support, testing support, user guidelines.
  • Together with the project manager, determine the project’s timeline, assist development, provide information & data from business point of view.
  • Create business requirement document (FSD and BRD), and project flow; discuss and give suggestions of best practices to the client.
  • Define specifications, gather, and analyze user requirements to meet business needs and business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Well organized, multitasker, strong team player, energetic.
  • Strong analytical skills & business logic.
  • Strong management skill, communication skill & presentation skill.
  • Ability to explain the whole business process & business logic to implementation team, manage and distribute task to the team.
  • Experience in writing Functional Specification Document (FSD) & Business Requirement Document (BRD) is a MUST.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in analyzing (i) Banking IT from business point of view, highly preferable experienced in Banking and Treasury System (ii) Multifinance, Data & Operations, highly preferable experienced in Lease, Provide & Support System.
  • Excellent problem-solving skill, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
  • Experience in doing research for development and business plan.
