Job Description

About The Role

  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
  • Perform service request related to client platforms.
  • Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties. • Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
  • Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
  • Support IT EUC infrastructure (PC/Laptops, Tablets, Mobile devices, Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and utility applications) i.e. provisioning, installations, configurations as well as proactive monitoring and maintenance, user ID admin • Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems

What You Will Need

  • Good communications (both verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess initiative with positive working attitude
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English to communicate effectively with Indonesian customers and vendors.
  • At least 2 years of devices implementation/migration/support experience
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably with comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, Cloning Tool and Software Distribution, Automox agent, jumpcloud agent, Zoom client, Slack client, Jira Confluence application.
  • At least 2 years of EUC support experience
