Inventory Analyst Jobs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Help regions having a site facing a dramatic crisis , ensuring that progress roadmaps are built
• Participate actively in the preparation and the execution of the internal periodic inventory
• Insure the implementation and the respect of those actions within the organization
• Measure the inventory accuracy. Propose action plans to reduce inventory discrepancies
• Ensure regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional
• Define and execute corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
• Manage the inventory Periodic , Cycle Counting
• Explore all necessary data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies’ analysis
• Follow up and report daily relevant indicators (Negatives stock, non processed transactions, etc)
• Analyses inventory gaps
• Lead the team to find solutions improving inventory accuracy
• Involve in the definition of the counting procedures with Financial department
• Provide data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies’ analysis
• Actively participate in and support the action plans to improve inventory accuracy

Qualifications:

• 1 or 2 Years in Supply Chain or production , experience from Tier 1 automotive supplier
• High degree of flexibility
• Excellent English communication skills
• Education - Bachelor Degree in supply chain management or related field
