International Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

We are KOKOLA, a manufacture biscuit and wafer from Indonesia is looking for an International Business Development (Mandarin Speaker).

Overview:

As an International Business Development, you are responsible for driving business growth in the scope of International Market. You will develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, managae existing clients, research market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline, especially in Business, Management or Marketing.
• Having knowledge of exporting goods, especially food (biscuit & wafer).
• Multitasking, detail oriented and having good initiative in solving problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software/tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Business Development or Sales field.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin (MUST).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
