Job Description

Job description:

  • Provide morning briefing with teams, give training for new agents, and refreshment training for existing agents
  • Checking regular reports, Manage and Leads CS & Telemarketing teams, closely monitoring their daily activities.
  • Handle report on competitors’ product research
  • Supporting HO in product improvement and development as well as reviewing new product features and testing before going live
  • Works together with QC to do the complaint investigation
  • Support operation team on daily tasks, become bridge communicator between HO and operation team
  • Handle reports for Operation team (weekly), AFPI, and OJK (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and Close monitoring complaints handling progress of CS, AFPI and OJK
  • Coordinate and handle customers complaints that come directly to our office
  • Support Head of Operation for additional task


Requirements:

  • Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin communication skills are a must.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experienced in a Fintech company or other finance company
  • Able to manage employees ethically and fairly while still being firm and enforcing company rules (strong leadership skills)
  • Have strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Must have good critical thinking skills and exercise sound judgment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, databases and system
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 3 – 5 years of working experience
