It has an OJK permit and is part of the Indonesian Fintech Funding Association. This company has a short registration with TKB90 status 100% paymen rating, with a total loan accumulation of 562 billion and over 1 million customers to date in Indonesia.

s:

  • Able to use standard operation program (Ms. Office).
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and other documents in support of objectives for the company.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Good communication, well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Maintain daily needs
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.


Requirement:

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or at least one year working experience.
  • Driving License (A)
  • Strong learning ability;
  • Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is a must
  • Basic Personal Assitant work , boss work oriented and daily life arrangement.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Good Personality
  • Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (any major).
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
