Institutional Marketing Export Sr. Supervisor

Achieve international OEM market sales targets and seek partnerships for own brand products in predetermined destination countries through adding new products, both from existing customers and new customers, establishing good relationships with customers, and meeting customer needs.

• Responsibilities

Sales of OEM Export & Own Brand Products

Achieving predetermined international market sales targets by seeking timely launch of new products and sales of existing products according to the target through fast and precise new product proposals to customers, both new customers and existing customers.

New Customer

Achieving the addition of new customers by collecting a database of potential customers who have the appropriate business fields in an appropriate and effective manner.

New Products

Achieve the target number of new products launched by identifying customer needs and coordinating with the R&D team and BusDev regarding new product proposals that are natural, innovative and high performance (fast & precise).

New Product Launching

Strive to launch new products on time by conducting periodic coordination meetings with the supporting team through the implementation of effective project management.

Supervise the Product Registration Process in Destination Countries

Supporting the registration process of own brand products in the destination country so that they are in accordance with the expected time target by understanding in detail the registration process in that country through identifying the time required and intensive coordination with the registration department in preparation for sossier registration.

Customer satisfaction

Perform satisfactory service to customers so that customer retention & recommendations to other prospective customers occur by understanding customers, handling complaints and responding to customer requests quickly & accurately through targeting faster resolution of customer complaints & requests.

• Qualifications

1. Education: Min S1 with appropriate majors.
2. Experience: Fresh Graduate, preferably 1-year experience in marketing.
3. Business to Business especially skincare & food supplement products.
4. Knowledge and Skills: Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, English (oral & written).
