Import Export Supervisor Jobs

:

✓ Supervise Export Import Staff by planning and implementing strategies and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in both service and transit time performance

✓ To lead the export & import staff

✓ Make Sure all data & activities of export & import are work properly

✓ Monitoring and control Handle and process all EXIM documents – Application of permits/Costings/Bank Documents etc

✓ Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. Liaising with suppliers and necessary teams on all documentation required for clearing of shipments.

✓ Monitoring on Cost saving initiative during export and import

✓ Updating and following up on outstanding orders with overseas suppliers

✓ Understand customer needs and requirement.

✓ Beat Customer Expectations (Quotations & Deliveries)

✓ Maintain a close working relationship with Key Clients

✓ Customer Oriented

✓ Build & Maintain Relationships with Forwarders to Ensure Efficient Order Processing (Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Reliability)

✓ Ensure Complete Deliveries on Time

✓ Hand in hand with other peer in the same structure

✓ Initiative and creative

Requirements:

➢ PPJK Certified is a must

➢ Good English both Active and passive

➢ Highly good attitude and behaviors

➢ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in logistics, supply chain, operation or similar field

➢ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience logistics and Export Import Regulation

➢ Knowledge in SAP system or Logistics System will be advantageous.

➢ Strong leadership and communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions.

➢ Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports, and memorandums.

➢ Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills.

➢ High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust.

➢ Ability to quickly earn the respect of senior management to be credible and effective in this complex and constantly developing environment.
