Institutional &Amp; Private Wealth Associate (Bali)

We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for Institutional & Private Wealth Associate, to join our Finance Team to expand Pintu OTC institutional and client base.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Arrange both online and offline events for OTC clients to improve customer OTC client engagement as well as retention.
• Develop and proactively cultivate relationships with onboarded/existing clients
• Achieve quarterly goals, target metrics, and Pintu OTC’s KPIs established by the management
• Consult and evaluate OTC client’s needs & requirements in relation to crypto asset investments
• Identify and originate new prospective clients for Pintu OTC
• Provide the latest market updates on regular basis as well as educate OTC clients with the latest knowledge with regards to the latest new OTC products or investment opportunities.
• Assist end to end onboarding process for OTC clients at Pintu.
• Identify and collaborate with OTC team to develop new potential product/business as well as cross-selling opportunities to OTC clients
• Collaborate closely with other business divisions in Pintu in relation to providing best in class customer service experience, new OTC product launches, as well as providing insights on OTC clients’ needs and competitors’ initiatives.
• Recommend crypto-related investment products suitable to the OTC clients’ needs and risk profile
• Attend to OTC clients’ needs and complaints to ensure best in class customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have minimum 5-6 years of experience within the same role
• Experience in research pricing market
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and a creative problem solver
• Min. Bachelor's degree
• Strong desire to explore about crypto and blockchain
• Willing to be based in Bali
