What You Will Do:

• Consistently work towards the Company’s Quality Management Standards and Policies as well as standard Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Monitor and control fixed assets within the unit.
• Cooperatively working with Regional and Inner O&M teams for any admin duty.
• Involved and supported the Operation & Maintenance of Internal and External Meetings.
• Support Monitoring TT and Support Release Permit.
• Preparing, collecting, checking, and monitoring Report Progress and Documents (PO, PR, Invoices, BAST, Rotative expenses claims,) within Operations and Maintenance.
• Helping the project manager with correspondence, data filling, database updates, and making any documentation regarding the project
• Perform others' duties as required according to company policies and regulations.

What You Will Need:

• Basic skills in Excel
• Highly skilled and problem-solving with databases and filing documents.
• Works well with others
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major (preferably in Technic). Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to travel out of the office
• Willing to work overtime
• Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented
• Good Communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to manage a high volume of information at one time
