Responsibilities

• Blasting finance – manual book/guidelines to new shipper via email
• Collect the outstanding from sales shipper (Soscom) through email, Whatsapp, and call
• Reply the shipper (customer) message through Peakflo (automatic collection system)
• Completing the file & document related to debt collection such as ID Card, tax , correspondencies by email/Whatsapp, shipper outstanding calculation, invoice , etc

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English & Bahasa
• Proven knowledge of Accounting.
• Excellent communication, negotiable, payment chaser and leadership skills
• Have an experience in logistic industry are preferable.
• Having good understanding of end-to-end Collection and related functions and processes.
• Strong data analysis (Excel is a must)
• Experience in cross-function responsibilities (project based, assignment, etc)
• Have a min 1 year experience in collection/AR
