What You Will Do:

• Follow up and check the unbilled portion.
• Ensures billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner.
• Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings.
• Provide data based on the request from another dept.
• Preparing Data Reconciliation for recurring transactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintaining data tracker.
• Updating recurring reports.
• Perform restitution for unavailability performance to be settled in the following month's invoices.
• Assists manager with analysis of data and reports.
• Make sure the invoice is complete and accurate before handover to the collection division.

What You Will Need:

• Able to use MS Office to support day-to-day activities (Mastering Excel intermediate formula & pivot table).
• Demonstrate good inter-personnel skills with customers and others at all levels.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash business process.
• Having a high sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented person.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in billing or account receivable in telecommunication/ICT, multi-finance, insurance, Banking, or retail industries.
• Has experience as a leader.
• Good leadership and managerial skills.
• Possess strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Finance & Accounting/Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in using ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic AX, SAP, or Oracle).
