Job Description
Job Responsibilities


  • Maintain appropriate financial management and reporting systems for internal use and for investors, Boards and other stakeholders, including financial statements, cash flow;
  • Support to monthly and annual financial reporting process
  • Must have experience about the import and export finance
  • Manage the finance, procurement, legal, and treasury functions ;
  • Report and analyzes standard cost and actual cost variances
  • Develop and regularly update accounting policies and procedures ;
  • Effectively deploy and manage strong processes and controls around cash movement and cash deployment.;
  • Deal with bank and other institution to find the best solution for our operation in term of control, effectiveness and costs of transactions;
  • Ensure reliability and integrity if financial management information systems and reports and that all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner


Qualification


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Able to perform AR and AP process
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Expert in managing financial and accounting using excel
  • Required Skill(s): Cost Accounting skill, Accounting Report Skill
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in similar position at company with fast growing business in terms if operations and networks
  • Excellent computer skills ( esp. Ms. Office applications, international and local accounting systems and software );
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible
