We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Fund Admin.
Responsibilities :

• Perform day to day accounting booking and calculate Fund valuation (Net Asset value) for mutual funds / discretionary funds.
• Ensure all the accrual and tax provision are correctly calculated.
• Ensure all valuation reports are checked before forward to Manager FA for review.
• Ensure the investment guideline that stated in the Collective Investment Contract (CIC) / Operating Memorandum/ agreements on each funds is applied accordingly.
• Ensure OJK and/or any related regulation are applied to the fund.
• Execute / input client transactions into system.
• Ensure monitor and check all the related compliance monitoring based on the OJK and/or related regulations are performed accordingly.
• Maintain good relationship and develop high level of services to client.

Qualifications
Requirements :

• Has a good analytical.
• Skills in Macro's, SQL. Strong preferred.
• Good communication skills in English need to be in constant communication with other HSBC units and external clients.
• A proven ability to create and maintain good relationships is essential.
• Hold a minimum bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance
• Has strong knowledge on Capital Market Industry is an advantage.
• A delivery-focused person.
