Job Description

Responsibilities

HR Operation:

Working Closely with management to develop Internal HR System / Workflow / Standard

Operating Procedure / HR Strategies and make adjustments accordingly

 Develop practical Strategies and create programs to optimize people engagement, work

relationships, build morale, increase productivity (performance) and retention.

 Provide advice and guidance on HR Issues / problems to team leader, managers and invididual

contributors

 Support day-to-day needs HR requirement, including payroll, leave management, organize and

manage new employee orientation, on-boarding & off-boarding, addressing employee queries,

and strategic initiatives and office administrative matters.

 Keep abreast and ensure legal compliance with government’s rules and regulations are update.

 Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures and tools regarding recruitment,

employment relations, performance management, training and development.


Talent Acquisition:

 Support in the recruitment process from advertising, receiving and sorting, interviews

scheduling, and reference checking.

 Assist in the placement process, coordinate and oversee employees on-boarding.


Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology or related field of study

and hold at least 5 years of Chain Stores and Retail Fashion Industry

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 Experience in HR Generalist

 Have a good understanding on UU Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS
