Hris Functional Specialist Jobs

We are hiring ERP HR specialist (HRIS functional specialist) ! XL Axiata is one of Indonesia’s leading cellular service providers, offering various types of telecommunication products and services such as Voice, SMS, Data, and other value-added mobile telecommunication services with an extensive network around the country.
1 Analyse user requirement and giving effort estimation upon ERP-HRIS capability collaborate with internal team, principal and partner
2 Deliver ERP-HRIS related projects/solution within expected time, follow development standard quality and align with operation SLA
3 Perform Testing Support, ensure smoothness in Testing and Delivery
4 Perform Incident Resolution on 3nd layer within SLA to achieve Customer Satisfaction
5 Train and share project documentation to operation and monitoring team within SLA
6 Analyse the current processes, system implementation and tools to propose and implement improvement to increase efficiency (e.g. build automation, process improvement, etc)
7 Establish communication with all party (internal/external) for activity, updates progress and follow up for issues resolution raised during projects implementation
Qualifications

• Familiar with agile methodology
• Proven experience transitioning Functional Requirement to Technical Requirements
• More than three years of experiences in SuccessFactors domain with SDLC implementation.
• Extensive business process and functional knowledge
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Cross SAP module integration
• Product knowledge in cloud, HR and Payroll, Time and Attendance Management, Recruiting and onboarding, Learning and Development, Performance and Compensation, HR analytics
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Understand ABAP Programming
• Sturdy knowledge in managing SAP - SuccessFactors projects delivery (Multiple modules experiences)
