- To participate in a variety of recruitment activities and provide a recruitment service to internal and external clients which is efficient, effective and equitable.
- To assist with administration of Recruitment activities to support the Human Resources team.
- Scope: Recruitment throughout Eramet Indonesia Project, PT Eramet Indonesia Mining, PT Eramet Halmahera Mining including planned/future projects.
- Interface: Corporate Recruitment team and Recruitment Agency
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to negotiate and influence both clients and candidates
- Recruitment techniques; including experience in conducting reference checks and behavioral and technical Interviews
- Able to build and maintain relationships
- Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams, and share and transfe knowledge within teams.
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance.
- Excellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Eramet and its clients needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups and make presentations when required.

- When required prepare and provide reports, makes presentations, and conduct independent research and analyses on matters relating to assigned areas of responsibility.
- Manage the flow of communication between new/potential recruits and the relevant contacts within the organization. Contribute to cost effective recruitment by adopting and recommending practices which minimize expenditure for the client without compromising results and allow continuous monitoring of cost.
- For relevant projects, work closely with Project Managers to manage project demobilization an transfer of internal candidates.
- Conduct interviews, tests, rank and reference checks when required and select candidates and provide feedback based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and relevant recruitment policies.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies and manage these stakeholders according to relevant processes throughout the duration of the recruitment process.
- Provide support to the hiring managers during the recruitment process and be a point of contact for recruitment queries.
- Manage and optimize recruitment sources including vendors, alumni, employee referral, career fairs as well as industry events to ensure an available pool of suitable candidates
- Implement the delivery of a Hiring Manager focused, cost effective and timely recruitment service by utilizing a quality systems approach to recruitment and selection.
- Prepare job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance to recruitment standards and processes.
- Act in the best interests of Eramet Group at all times.
- Deliver quality services and demonstrate a commitment to understand and meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the Eramet Vision & Mission and its associated requirements.
- Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time.
- Travel as required, including travel related to projects and to maintain links with other Eramet offices.
- Indonesian native speaker / Good level of English (oral and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability for teamwork
- Proven experience of minimum 6 to 8 years on includes relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, working for or with an international corporation
- Previous experience in the relevant discipline, ideally in the similar industry.
- Transparency and ethics traits of personality
- Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to: personal well-being.
- Healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and continuously improve Eramet health, safety and environmental performance.
- The role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
