Job Description
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned
  • Coach and present module to store team
  • Create new module to support store team learning and development
  • Handle in-house training for all store positions
  • Monitor store team performance development
  • Provide reports of training result/efectivess periodically
  • Maintain store team performance after training session
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Have experience in developing module & design training methods
  • Advanced in Ms. Office (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field with GPA min 3.00
  • Communicative, high energy, collaborative person and adaptive
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
